The artist is present

Lena Schramm works with different media and techniques. Non-representational areas of color, impasto and glazed layers of paint, writing and comics in her paintings are spatially combined with found objects from everyday life and popular culture. In her second solo exhibition at Galerie Hanna Bekker vom Rath, she fixes the map of events with a dart in order to bring the uncertain, disruptive overall situation of the present to a standstill.
